In-store Sampling Campaign

Type: In-store sampling

Objectives: Recent changes in packaging and an updated range of products were two key elements the Bazaar campaign aimed to communicate to customer while increasing sales.

Execution: To maximize the awareness of the international bread range, roti and tortillas were sampled at over 325 stores nationwide. A branded market stall and complimentary condiments further emphasized the wide range of versatile products in the international range. The second half of the Bazaar program utilized a partnership with Tegel and James Crisps to create gourmet sample wraps while in store.

Results: This in store sampling campaign drove 10% taste to purchase without utilizing a price off incentive. The increased awareness resulted in establishment of new consumers and re-introduction to old consumers.
