Objectives:
The objectives for Export Gold were multi dimensional; increasing awareness of their consumer promotion, Export Yourself was paramount while also focusing on increased sales. Additionally, through targeted interactions, the program aimed to create engagement and drive traffic to the Export Gold website.
Execution:
The Export Gold team, consisting of 3 brand ambassadors, was the pilot of a comprehensive national brand experience. Supporting the consumer promotion allowing consumers a chance to win a $199 return flight to Australia, airline themed brand ambassadors canvassed major metro areas. The highly visible team drove a branded UTE and visited key locations to provide samples and product information. Another key engagement of this campaign was the chance to become part of the Export Gold photo album posted on the website.
Results: This campaign was highly effective in raising awareness for the consumer promotion and subsequently sales which was also coupled with an increase in website traffic. Over a 2 week period the Export Team reached over 4,925 people with 83% taking away POS.
